1. LICENSE GRANT (LIFETIME ACCESS)

Subject to this Agreement and payment in full, bessuniversity.com grants you a:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-sublicensable
  • Revocable

license to access the purchased course bundle for your personal or internal business use.

Lifetime Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course bundle, defined as access for as long as:

  • The courses remain available on the platform, and
  • Your account remains in good standing

bessuniversity.com reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue course content at any time.

2. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS OR RENEWALS

  • All purchases are one-time payments
  • There are no subscriptions
  • There is no automatic renewal billing

3. USE RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

  • Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
  • Resell, transfer, or distribute course content
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials بأي means
  • Download full courses or host them elsewhere
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source content

Each purchase is strictly single-user only, including bundles.

4. OWNERSHIP

All content—including videos, materials, branding, and course structure—is owned by bessuniversity.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a license to use, not ownership.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

bessuniversity.com may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse or distribute content
  • Fraud or abuse is detected

Upon termination, access to courses may be revoked.

6. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

  • Courses are for educational purposes only
  • bessuniversity.com does not guarantee job placement
  • Content may be updated, changed, or removed without notice

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course bundle

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, with jurisdiction in Hudson County, NJ.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • You agree to resolve disputes individually
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions
  • Any claim must be filed within 2 years

11. REFUND POLICY

The Refund Policy above is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. MODIFICATIONS

bessuniversity.com may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. COMMUNICATIONS

You agree to receive communications electronically via email or website notices.

14. GENERAL TERMS

  • This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and bessuniversity.com
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid
  • No partnership or agency relationship is created
